I have an unique approach and incorporate elements of psychotherapy, mindfulness, art therapy, crystal and energy healing and guided imagery.
These modalities help my clients heal from trauma, relationship and addictive patterns and negative thinking. As anxiety, stress and emotional pain dissipate, feelings of inner peace, self love, healthy relationships and overall wellness increases. The end result is a happier, healthier person who is living and enjoying life more fully.
Specializing in issues specific to Empaths, Artists and Musicians. If a client has a strong faith or religious background, it has been extremely effective to incorporate that into their treatment plan. I believe in utilizing spirituality as part of a treatment plan when a client is open to methods such as; guided meditation, positive affirmations, crystal therapy, aromatherapy and yoga.
I am an ordained Minister by the Universal Life Church and available to perform ceremonies and sacred celebrations for Weddings, Memorials, House Blessings and more.
